breakfast was amazing, local and western food, and staff where extremely helpful

some building work was carried out floor above that was disturbing

Room was clean, with a beautiful view from the suite. Fruit platter and wine bottle were thoughtful touches. Playground visible from the room was a pleasant surprise — my child enjoyed it.

No basic information provided during check-in about hotel facilities or dining. Confusion and contradiction about my half-board reservation; dinner was initially denied despite being included. It took multiple calls and a personal visit to reception before the staff called the hotel manager, after which dinner was finally granted. Loud pounding/construction noise in the morning, making the room unsuitable for rest.

We truly enjoyed our time at the pool and the lake. Although the room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, it was still comfortable and perfectly fine. The pool area was well-equipped with almost everything we needed. I deeply appreciated the attentiveness and initiative of the bellboy, who was very helpful with our luggage, especially during checkout. I would also like to commend the receptionist ( PATIENT ) for assisting us throughout our stay. We welcome by this guy ( not sure but it seems the manager ) with warmth greetings and a he was very friendly with my daughter.The breakfast was excellent, offering a wider variety of options compared to the buffet dinner. Overall, all the staff—particularly those in the restaurant—were very welcoming and friendly, especially towards my daughter, who loved spending time and playing in the restaurant.

The dinner buffet had limited options, and the food could be improved in terms of taste.

Emplacement parfait au bord du Lac Kivu, le seul dans cette partie de la ville. Bonne chambre, calme, personnel efficace et sympathique. Belle piscine (pas essayer) et plage privée. Bon petit déjeuner.

L'internet a un peu fait des siennes durant notre visite et surtout les VPN sont bloqués par l’hôtel!

The lovely staff, their professionalism, the over all experience is waaaay above expectations. The service in terms of quality, speed and of course the location all is above satisfactory. Moreover it’s not crowded, feels very private, upscale and a relief after an along day. Our top hotel so far in whole Rwanda, we stayed in many places so far and surely will be our one to go to in our next visit. Thanks a lot 🙏
