Grand Velas Riviera Maya - All Inclusive

Grand Velas Resort is sooo beautiful! From the moment we got there the staff treated us like royalty! Our personal concierge Leonardo was amazing! He was always replying to my messages right away, booking us spa appointments. Sending us daily calendar for activities! My kids traveled with thier stuffies and every time they cleaned our room they set up the stuffies in fun different ways. The last day he surprised them with a Grand Velas monkey stuffed animal with a chef uniform. My kids loved that gift! We had the best experience! We stayed at the Zen lobby and that lobby is beautiful! All the staff all over the place were so nice. My kids loved the teen and kids club! The pools are phenomenal. The restaurants were perfect! There is so much to say! I would recommend a stay here! Thank you everybody at Grand Velas and especially our personal concierge Leonardo!

My husband and I visited in June 2026 on a business trip. Upon arrival my Concierge Raul Gomez Gutierrez made sure we were welcome and all if our luggage was secured to our room. This gave us time to look around. Day 2 we ventured to the pool deck at the Zen where Angel and Johnny took amazing care to see to every need. Going above and beyond exceptional service! Providing iced beverages, cool towels and face mists. They even managed to get us special frozen non alcoholic mango drinks from the bar! These 2 men worked very hard and were extremely busy, they had smiles and warm greetings delivered with respect to us and everyone else we witnessed. Our room attendants to which I didn't get their names were AMAZING! These ladies catered to every request from bath bombs to chocolates. Simply superb service. One night an attendant drew a bubble bath with roses! I was so surprised and blessed by her! Concierge Raul even surprised us with a special treat of strawberries and champagne. I knew at any moment if there was a need our Concierge would take care of it. He took every call from me and assisted without fail. He scheduled all of our dinners and spa treatments, reminded me of my schedule so no reservations were missed. The dinner at Lucca was wonderful. My husband doesn't like anything out of the ordinary so I ate everything and he watched me enjoy myself. Our waiter Juan Bautista and Oliver were patient with him and even told him they learned a new lesson on "happy wife happy life". Juan introduced me to a non alcoholic Moscato, I really enjoyed. He even treated me to all.of.the desserts. Damian the manager checked on us as we spoke of how wonderful the experience had been. Diana the hostess made sure we had pictures. Our spa treatments were relaxing and exciting. Rosario is a perfect massage therapist. The water therapy is simply amazing and Kenneth enjoyed that immensely. Luz , lady that pool was busy and so were you. Thank you for taking care of us. You are amazing! To the staff at the Chakra, well done. The hostess took our pictures whenever we asked. The waiters were wonderful! I could go on and on about our experience. All I can say is this is a MUST GO on your list of trips. You will experience nothing like ever before.

Luis took care of everything we needed and made our stay feel even more lavish than the resort itself. He was helpful with everything from laundry, to reservations, to event schedules, to spa appointments. Thank you Luis Meza for making our stay a memorable one!!

Our stay at the Grand Velas Riviera Maya was amazing! The property was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and private and the amenities were amazing! The spa was relaxing and recharging. The food was exceptional and every restaurant that we visited was lovely. We didn’t have a single bad experience. But what really made it an amazing experience was our Concierge, Luis Meza. He was beyond helpful! He was always available and responsive. He took every request and made it happen in a very timely manner. He was the absolute best!!

Your persons Diana and Antonio, Went above and beyond to help us while we stayed at the resort. When I ever I need anything they were prompt and friendly. The other day since I was asking everyday for tea and let he Diana was bring this to me or having it brought to me. This morning was my fault. I forgot to ask for more letche and Diana was off. Antonio this morning saved the day. I’m a tea drinker and he was like less than 5 mins coming with the letche so I could get ready and have tea prior to my departure. Your employees were awesome.!! What a beautiful resort. The staff were amazing and paid close attention to every detail! The food and drinks were delicious. Would recommend the spa to anyone looking for a little extra relaxation. We could not have asked for a better personal concierge than Alfonzo! He went above and beyond to take care of any needs we had and it was fun talking to him everyday! We were here for a work retreat but he made it feel like we were on our honeymoon!

Alfonso and Leo were exceptional!! They ran us bubble bath with roses in the shape of a heart. So sweet. Any need we had they were right on. It. So friendly. We will miss them and the resort.
