1. If you purchase a pet room (a room with a pet dog), you can stay with up to two small dogs with 7kg per dog. (The basic companion is one, and an additional fee of 30,000 won will be incurred if you wish to accompany one additional dog. However, if there are more than two dogs, you cannot enter the room.) 2. Pet room (companion room) is only for dogs, and other pets are not allowed to stay together. 3. Dogs who have not been vaccinated cannot stay. 4. When you enter the room, you will agree and sign a pet-related pledge at the front desk. (Vaccination has been given within the last three months, and the contents of the pledge, such as holding a dog in the facility, etc.) 5. Please observe the following parts when using the room. - In places other than the room (public spaces such as parking lots, elevators, lobbies, etc.), be sure to move in a cage or hug it. - Please keep in mind that if you are caught walking autonomously without a leash or after a leash, you will be immediately evicted without a refund. - Even if you go out for a short time, you should accompany your dog, and if you are caught leaving only your dog in the room, you will be forced to leave. "Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, Korea"

We tried to stay at famous Gangnam area but not so much to visit around the hotel. Starfield COEX mall is not too far but not walking distance. Good thing is Airport bus stop (going to Incheon Airport) is right in front of the hotel. Clean and nice area. We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite on 17th floor which has 3 beds. The one in upstairs in only mattress on the floor ( 2 story room). Noticed some dust on the floor. Otherwise it is a very nice room.

I checked the hotel website prior to the reservation and made sure early check-in and late check-out are optional with fees per hour. When I arrived to the hotel, I couldn't find the option to check in early so I found the number at the front desk (there is no person) and called the customer support. This was April 30, 2024 at 1 pm and I spoke to a Korean speaking man since I speak Korean as well. He simply denied what I found on the website and did not offer any other option in the worst attidue I've ever seen in my life (no I'm not exaggerating here). His manner was getting worse and worse and began to raise his tone as I was asking for early check-in which was specied as available option PER THEIR WEBSITE. After going back and forth, I asked for his name and he literally said "What are you going to do with it?" and ended up not giving his name. The whole time, what he was saying was "We don't do such thing.", "What do you want?", "Did you contact us and confirm the information?", etc. At this point, I was very upset and pointing out his attitude and he said "I never raised my tone.", "I've never done it." I would never revisit this hotel and I hope everyone is aware that the hotel's website false.

Place looked good from the pictures, but upon looking in person there was much to be desired. Place was not clean, and had stains throughout the room and on curtains. Would not stay again although was reasonably priced.
