Yeoksam Artnouveau City Hotel and Residence

Dirty as hell What I found on the bed, living bug and a lot of stranger hair and suspicious marks which make me scared. They will surprise in unexpected way. I was there for less than hr and found another hotel instead sleeping there. I was seriously worry about getting sick by staying there for a night. I am sharing my personal experience for everyone's good.

Not good

Good please with excellent location for my visit at KangNam. Easy to check in in kiosks but dificult to reach in person staff for unexpected situations. Rooms are nice with good space. We had issue by finding a dead bug in our bed sheets...

The room was not what I reserved. When I contacted the management to resolve the discrepancy they refused to assist in any way.

There is no staff at the hotel check-in and out is automated, and it is very difficult to contact a manager for assistance with any issues.

The location is great. I have been staying at the Yeoksam Artnouveau City since it was first built. The quality and service is not the same though. I did not see any staff. Cleanliness was awful. I purchased my own clorox wipes and rags to clean the room. The building was filled with food smell. It was hard to sleep because of the strong food smell.

The halls were filled with strong food smell. Overall room was very dirty.

Horrible customer service

The toilet had a continuous water flow issue, requiring me to repeatedly adjust the lever to stop the flushing. Unfortunately, when I informed the staff about the problem, their response lacked professionalism, and I ended up having to continuously tinker with the lever throughout my entire stay. Furthermore, the check-in process was quite unpleasant. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no visible staff present, and the only option for checking in was a kiosk. I was prompted to enter a 4-digit code to complete the check-in process, but I had not received any such code when I booked the hotel through Expedia. In order to resolve this, I had to search for a reservation number for the hotel, as there was no available phone number at the front desk. After finally reaching a reservation staff member over the phone, I was able to complete my check-in, but the entire process took more than 30 minutes, which was incredibly frustrating. Overall, my experience with this hotel's maintenance and check-in process was far from satisfactory, and I have no intention of staying here again in the future.
