1. If you purchase a pet room (a room with a pet dog), you can stay with up to two small dogs with 7kg per dog. (The basic companion is one, and an additional fee of 30,000 won will be incurred if you wish to accompany one additional dog. However, if there are more than two dogs, you cannot enter the room.) 2. Pet room (companion room) is only for dogs, and other pets are not allowed to stay together. 3. Dogs who have not been vaccinated cannot stay. 4. When you enter the room, you will agree and sign a pet-related pledge at the front desk. (Vaccination has been given within the last three months, and the contents of the pledge, such as holding a dog in the facility, etc.) 5. Please observe the following parts when using the room. - In places other than the room (public spaces such as parking lots, elevators, lobbies, etc.), be sure to move in a cage or hug it. - Please keep in mind that if you are caught walking autonomously without a leash or after a leash, you will be immediately evicted without a refund. - Even if you go out for a short time, you should accompany your dog, and if you are caught leaving only your dog in the room, you will be forced to leave. There’s no breakfast I am not informed about the breakfast even if there’s breakfast

I wish it were easy to access the staff Since I am not much online person of age Once reached service is great I didn’t have the Korean phone number I kept the us phone with wifi use only I hope there’s a way to contact without the Korean phone only

"Recommend to stay "

When I got to the hotel they don't have a person in front they have a kiosks there where you check in and out. You can't check in a minute earlier you have to wait exactly at 4pm you have to put your reservation number you receive in your email. Room was big and nice every day they'll bring you clean towels and water. Its very quiet and the hotel is in a very good location near the train station, bus and taxi. There alot of restaurants and cafe from walking distance.

Good location and has a convenience store on the 1st floor

The bidet was not working at all, but they refused to fix them. The shower booth is really small and can not close the door.

I had a late dinner get-together with a friend in Gangnam and found this place to be conveniently located near a subway station and only a few stops away from happening areas (Gangnam Station) at a reasonable price. Although it's located in the heart of Gangnam on Teheranro Street, it was quiet. The hotel is a bit dated but that's the charm and it was clean and had everything you need from kitchen to refrigerator, etc. Funny how there was a loft area as well lol. Only downside could be that the shower booth is TINY. And you have to open the doors from the inside so if you're obese or have extra pounds on ya, you might not be able to get through the space between the doors. Other than that, check in was easy (useful to know basic Korean or have an instant interpreter app in hand) and checkout was a breeze. Both processes are done via a kiosk and there are no front desk staff at this hotel.

I stayed 10 days but only cleaned twice.Too much dust.It's not easy to connect with bad smell staff.Not comfortable with public transportation.
