OUTRIGGER Koh Samui Beach Resort

A very relaxed value for money stay. The breakfasts were exceptional - all tastes and nationalities catered for. Mix and match to your gourmet heart's content. The beach bar and restaurant by the pool with loungers as well as chairs and tables were appreciated.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. When we checked in, they served us hibiscus tea and upgraded us to suites. All of the staff were warm and welcoming and did their best to remember us. It was very clean everywhere.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service throughout our entire stay. Rooms are nice and a decent size. However, our room was a little dark. The main pool area is really nice, right on the beach and plenty of places to sit. The kids loved the slide. The only minor downside is having to walk across the busy road to get to the pool. However, there are traffic controllers available at all times to take you across safely.

Outrigger is allways good quality. Best breakfast so far. Very comfy beds. Suite is excellent choise. But we Had a "change" To have an early check In and late check out, but we didnt Get neither. Reseption lady wanted money from 1 hour... If customer have a black on White that its free, then Hotel should not try To take money.. Because we know that the Hotel is not Even half full. It is low Seasons....

The hotel and location are very relaxing, there was a nice breakfast and staff were very helpful. Booked a few trips through the hotel too, which were amazing!

Perfect location for a relaxing break , on arrival we had our room upgraded to a suite which was an awesome bonus.Hotel and amenities are perfect.Location towards the beginning of Lamai beach is perfect as it’s nice and chilled and if you want more action in terms of bars and restaurants it’s a short 15-20 minute walk in to Lamai . Rooms are spotless and have super comfortable beds.food is spot on but maybe a bit pricey compared to what is available a short walk away. The pool area at edge water is also excellent with supper friendly staff.. ultimately it was 10 out of 10 stay at outrigger and we are looking to book again for next year

Very nice setting – the house, beach pool and beach offer plenty of space – lovely architecture, extremely friendly, helpful and dedicated staff (and we were here shortly after the high season in August), delicious breakfast buffet, nice mix of guests, we never felt disturbed! Highly recommended!

Our family had a perfect and memorable stay at Outrigger Koh Samui for a special birthday celebration. The staff were friendly and incredibly welcoming. A special thank you to Joe and Jeremy at the Edgewater Restaurant for their excellent service. We especially loved our half-day trip to Pig Island, a definite highlight of our visit. The half-day Temple Tour was also fantastic, providing a deeper understanding of Thai culture. We look forward to returning soon!
