Gloria Palace Amadores Thalasso & Hotel

This was my 4th visit here. Love this hotel. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff with great food. Everything is kept clean. The staff work very hard but always have a smile on their face. Entertainment at night is very varied. Also in a great situation in Puerto Rico. Or Amadores. You can visit the shops and local restaurants and night life if you want only a short walk away. I've already booked for this Sept and can't wait to return.

Another fab stay. My ninth in 3 years. Staff as fantastic as ever. Big shout out to Kevin in the pool bar. Also Carmen, Cornelly, Jorge, Juan, Melania and Edita. They make every stay great. Looking forward to going back at the beginning of June. Wouldn't dream of staying at any other hotel

Staff, location, just absolutely everything about the place was brilliant.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and we loved the choice of food available for all meals. We stayed in a suite overlooking the beach. It was spacious with a great balcony that could be accessed from the bedroom or the lounge. Good size bathroom and liked the set up, except we couldn’t understand why there was a glass door in the toilet. Not at all private and it looked like it was put there to match the shower door. Perhaps if it was opaque it would be more user friendly. We sat round the pool most days as I personally found the walk down and from the beach too much. Staff worked hard to ensure that the holiday experience was positive. All staff were friendly. One other thing that management might want to look into is that we had staff being over enthusiastic in clearing plates and sometimes before we had a chance to swallow our food. It felt a little like we were being hurried along. We guessed it might have been necessary in high season but not in low season. That is the only grumble and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Everything was excellent .Hated leaving.This was our first time there!!!

Que en la reserva me ponía traslado gratis aeropuerto a hotel y nada de información sobre cómo hacerlo y tuve que pagarlo yo, y taxi 70€ cada trayecto muy mal la no información.
