All the staff excellent 👏🏻 work very hard always friendly and helpful . Beautiful place . Entertainment was superb 👌 day and night . Food and drinks choice excellent.

Staff excellent in all areas of hotel, room was great size and the view was out of this world, pool gorgeous no problem getting sun beds, great selection of drinks,.breakfast selection supberb, hotel good location too nice walk to amadores beach or to Puerto Rico harbour

Had little issue with cock roaches on balcony l reported Tuesday morning to reception and again Wednesday afternoon and only when I spoke to the cleaner supervisor Thursday was it retified, room was little outdated but I think there in the process of revamp, I also paid for safe during check in had a receipt to prove this but on checking out the guy on reception insisted it wasn't paid so I had to pay again (even tho he gave me my 10 euro deposit back) won't let that stop me from returning again as it is fabulous.

This is a lovely hotel. It is in a great location, just a short walk along the seafront promenade to Puerto Rico harbour and centre. A lift takes you straight on to the promenade. The staff are so friendly. Everyone we met made us feel so welcome. They really made our holiday! They work so hard and efficiently, but still have time for a smile and a chat. Our room had a lovely Seaview. The balcony had loungers and a table and chairs to sit and watch the sunset over the sea. Although, as with any all inclusive hotel, the restaurant had a bit of a 'canteen ' feel to it, the food choice was excellent and good quality. The staff worked hard to make sure nothing ran short and the food was fresh and hot. Overall, it is a great hotel with excellent facilities, but most of all, wonderful people. I would love to stay again.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly reception, offered a glass of cava and given our room keys promptly. She offered us at that time the opportunity to upgrade to all inclusive for a special price of €38 pp pn, with one dayfree (min 3 days). As we had only just arrived we wanted to check the standard of food the next morning before making our decision. The breakfast was very good, so we decided we would take the offer. On returning to the desk with the slip of paper written by the previous team member, we’re told that that offer is not correct as it was too cheap! Reading other reviews, it appears this is a common theme! I see no reason why they need to do this! Just offer the correct price! The hotel is quite dated and could do with a refurb. Moan over, our stay was lovely. The staff were all very nice and friendly, working extremely hard. It was kept clean and tidy through out. The location was ideal as we felt the main town to be really busy. The lift down to the promenade was invaluable! It is a 10-15 min walk to both beaches and can be a bit hilly. That said Amadores beach and restaurants are brilliant. Would not go again purely as there are lots of places to see in the world.

Food not as advertised, overcooked on the whole and only margarine 90%of the time. Swimming pool not heated, as advertised. Area more remote than other parts of the Island unless you take trips. Their sister hotel in San Augustin was great.

Have stayed in this hotel many times and never been disappointed. The staff are fabulous the location we find ideal. All this sits in the beautiful town of Puerto Rico! Already booked for January 2027.

Very happy with our holiday. Hotel in great spot with walking distance to 2 beaches either side. Shopping mall with shops and lots of bars/restaurants with a pint of beer only 2.50! and only 25 minute walk. Just before there is main bus station to go playa del ingles,maspalomas or puerto mogon around. 2.75 . Hotel has lifts to the promenade but make sure you get back to it before closing i think is 11.30pm or its a walk up a steep hill to get in. Pool has lots of sunbeds and there are 2 to choose from both infinity pools with the one being more for kiddies with play area. All inclusive drinks are not bad although tequila sunrise and long island tea not great so avoid but i loved the daikaris. Entertainment was ok. Better than some hotels ive been in and something on every night but you can walk to harbour in 10 mins with a couple of places to eat or drink. Majority of staff are lovely and friendly. We also liked the food. Always plenty of choices at each mealtime and breakfast. Rooms are very spacious also with big bathroom and walk in shower. Big veranda with bistro tables and even 2 sun longers overlooking pool which it looks like all the rooms have. I would certainly recommend this place

I wrote a review on this hotel 12 months ago. Everything was perfect. I am pleased to say, that nothing has changed. Staff in all departments are excellent, variety of options in the restaurant, rooms are quite large and well maintained. Only downside in the room is lack of storage space bedside and in the bathroom, otherwise no complaints. Hopefully we will be returning next year.

the holiday was great, the only thing spoiling it was my cousins brother was dying and she had to get a flight home earlier than expected. the staff in the hotel were excellent and helped her to get home.
