Great service, excellent breakfast. I only had one problem and that was the price they charged for an international call. It was not expensive then the room.

Pound for £ , this has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was voluminous The hotel has a large swimming pool. £41 a nigh including breakfast!

Booked Empress for my stay in chiang Mai, property was closed, was accommodated at Empress Premier, and my room type upgraded Check in was efficient, then handed a welcome package consisting of evian (1.5 ltr) fruit juice, nuts, cookies and chocolate. The team were friendly, the manager at the front desk remembers guest names and greets you by name. Breakfast buffet was good, with good coffee!!! Only down side is a bit of a walk to the main town area but plenty of tuks available, on the positive makes it a good quiet location for peaceful nights. Night Market 10 mins way by foot .

"Ghost hotel"

Possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in for a long time. The air conditioning at first didnid1878 T work in the room. They came to fix it. They need about 3 people to fix. The air conditioning started working, but I had drip drip trip from the air conditioning unit that flooded the floor underneath. I just gave up. The hotel is dated. The pool is not very well equit. The staff aren't attentive at the pool. I just felt you were almost in a ghost hotel. With the only people seemingly working where the reception staff. Even at the door to the hotel, there was a dormant that never bothered to open the poor experience.The only good thing to say about the hotel is there are tuck tucks waiting nearby for trips around the city

The service was EXCELLENT! The staff is very friendly and cozy. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were ants in our room. But I’m guessing that’s because we ate there. Me and my husband loved it and would definitely recommend to our friends.
