Paradise Koh Yao

This was our eagerly awaited return visit to Paradise on Koh Yao which is a perfect location in between Phuket and Krabi with speedboat transfer either way. Everything about here makes you believe you are in Paradise with the welcome, the private and secluded beachfront location, the friendliness of all the staff, the quality of the food at breakfast and in the evening, the most beautiful room (room 354) with its stunning view which we were given to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had the most wonderful 4 nights here. Thank you Paradise and we hope to return again.

Every Hotel should have a Manager like Eddie we had problems when we arrived not relevant to comment on as it was sorted in the most professional manor. This is not easy to review so will come from two different views This is a family hotel lots and lots of young children all having a fantastic time lots of space for them lovely big pool restaurant caters beautifully for them. As a couple very noisy with kids screaming unable to swim due to so many children in pool and so many inflatables. Restaurant noisy buggy’s and high chairs everywhere. This is just ment as info the Hotel is doing nothing wrong not everywhere suits everyone. The Hotel staff are terrific could not be more helpful. The treatment in the Spa was so very lovely with the most amazing therapist a real must if you stay here just for a few mins there were a couple of children in the vegetable garden screaming but to be fair blocked it out. I would highly recommend this hotel for rooms and views .

Fabulous island location. Amazing, friendly and attentive staff. Great ethos on sustainability. The views are incredible from the plunge pool rooms. Beach beds are incredibly comfortable with bean bag mattresses. The food is fabulous too. Great yoga session right on the beach. Highly recommend the Phang Nga Bay kayaking excursion from the hotel. Loved every bit of our stay in Paradise.

Sound proofing between semi-detached villa rooms could be a lot better. Especially when crying babies are next door!

The most amazing excursion organised by the hotel to Phang Nga Bay. A beautiful long tail boat ride across the bay, past stunning uninhabited islands. Then kayaking through a number of caves which open up into hidden lagoons. Mangroves and monkeys - you enter a jurassic world! We had the most amazing crew led by Anis, our tour guide. He was so informative, helpful and a joy to spend time with. He expertly avoided all the mass groups of tourists and took us to hidden gems for lunch and a delicious fruit platter, beautifully presented. We cannot rate this experience highly enough. A true highlight and one we'll never forget. Thank you Anis and Paradise Koh Yao.

Oma yksityinen ranta. Tunnelma epätodellinen aivan rauhallista ja luonto, sekä näkymät uskomattoman kauniita. Täällä saa aivan erillaisen käsityksen Thaimaan kuin mantereella..

Just spent an utterly blissful week at Paradise. The location really does live up to it's name. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi plunge pool over up the hill, stunning. The terrace is quite big with a swing seat table, armchairs and deck chairs. The room was gorgeous with views over the last gardens. Each evening they come and light the mosquito repellent light and some nights we had a turn down too. The pool is lovely and never seemed to be full. It only has a few sunbeds poolside but loads on the beach. We were up the hill so there was always a trek up the steps, which is good exercise. We had a couple of massages, very good and also did a yoga session. The yoga teach is very good, its a hard session. The spa is beautiful very relaxing. There's an outdoor jungle gym, we meant to have a go, but didn't get round to it...looks fun though. You will love this place if * You love being away from towns and crowds, and love nature. * You love the beach. * You are happy to stay within a resort. * You are ok with being a captive audience at a cost. You will not like it if * You want to walk around outside of the hotel. * You are on a budget. * You don't like sand. * You don't like steps....unless you get a room on the beach level. At the moment there is some construction work taking place, but to honest it didnt really both us, its not mega noisy. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
