Everything! Was a great experience

The pillows could have been more comfortable and the door to the balcony did not stay closed, even when locked. We had to put the table against it.

We reserved a "standard room" so didn't necessarily expect a lake view, but we were surprised to find that our window opened on to the second floor of a hallway, so that our view was a wall 6-8 feet away. If you looked down, you could see a little bit of natural light coming from another hall to the outside. Otherwise the room was nice. The food at breakfast was quite poor - we had waffles. Probably wouldn't choose this place again because of these two things.

The staff is super nice. The hotel is spotless it's actually more like a resort the beds are super comfortable, and I like the private patio, and you're right on the lake
