Always enjoy my stay here, good neighbourhood, lots to do in the area. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Very friendly staff.

Very nice 4 star hotel Great buffet dining

I stayed for two nights in the hotel and was quite surprised about the status of the facility - the entire room (especially all wooden furniture) was really worn down and needs urgent renovation and refurbishment. The doors are very noisy and you can hear everybody on the corridor. Wifi in general was appreciated (can access social media websites which are usually blocked in CN) however did breaks down a couple of times. The gym is well managed while breakfast is decent and well prepared.

An overrated old hotel ! Rooms are ok kind.We called reception and requested for breakfast for the next day around 10.30 in the night and they insisted us to pay immediately. We were so tired after a long day of work and told them we will pay in the morning. But they were so rude and very affirmative. They wanted the payment the previous night to arrange breakfast for the next day. The point to note here is we are just two people !! We were like why are they behaving like this!! We were staying for a week and we settled all the bills just before this conversation! Wondering how they treat a customer like this in a 5 star hotel . Next the Indian food! Horrible …. For breakfast they had few Indian dishes which were looking and tasting pathetic. When we tried ordering Indian food for dinner the chef was not available on all days .Then why are they giving us Indian menu. You call and ask something for room service they will send something else ! !

The hotel is badly in need of a new de-humidifier. The building smell musty, especially the carpet. Even the bathroom towels feel moist all the time.

Breakfast was amazing, and staff helpful. The bar 63 was a highlight on the top floor with amazing views of the city. Would stay here again has other restaurants around the area and a lovely area out the front to eat and drink. Our room was very roomy and clean.

The hotel is excellent, the dining room for breakfast and dinner presents good that is varied and well cooked, but lukewarm.the used plates and utensils are not cleared from tables. When they are after asking you are expected to use used dirty cutlery for your next course. The toaster does not work properly, you are e PE to spread frozen hard butter, which is impossible of course. The staff are friendly and obliging, but need further training to ensure the restaurant service is 100%. The idea that you are asked to sign your bill for your buffet dinner as soon as you arrive in the restaurant is a strange and unacceptable idea. My partner and I were told nicely that we were only entitled to one breakfast between us twice, this apparently was a mistake sent to the restaurant from the receptions computer system, the restaurant staff apologised and gifted us a nice cake to apologise. Unfortunately it happened again two days later. Overlall the hotel in my view is excellent, the staff also, just a little bit more training in service in the restaurant.
