this hotel is not pet friendly in the restaurant on the 2 floor people are rude a real pity for such a nice looking hotel ,won't visit it again in the near future ,staff in restaurant are probably from a farm ,dont know you need to put up signs if you are a dog hater

Wow，second time come toFoshan crowne plaza,even the hotel 40th years ,but their standards alway be good , every guest wear face masks,let me feel very good,that’s hotel sample,And also every time I came,buffet is my favorite,breakfast and dinner . Everything is fine, For the price this hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff especially must be commended. The hotel itself is quite old but has been maintained very well. The staff attitude makes up for any faults this hotel has. They helped us in every way they could. This is how a hotel should be run.

This was our third stay. The reception was very kind to upgrade us to a deluxe room on the upper floor. We could enjoy breakfast at the club floor. But frankly, there was more variety on the ground level one. The room was very spacious and everything was clean. The amenities were good. The staff was all very polite and helpful. The location was very convenient. I shall recommend my friends to stay here.

The location of this hotel is good, you can find shopping mall and restaurant very easy nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable, they upgrade the room for me and give a surprise gift to my kid which is lovely.

I even stayed at Crowne Plaza Foshan before. Everything is fine here. Especially the good location and the staff is helpful. I can't go home because of COVID-19. And I think it is convenient to stay here.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 15 years, always good service and nice staff, shuttle service doing Canton Fair, very good western breakfast, if you want a good hotel in Foshan, this is a good place to stay

Crown Plaza Foshan is a regular hotel in the city of Foshan. It was not the most modern hotel, but the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff of the front desk and concierge were very helpful and polite.

The club room that we booked was big and clean. Situated on the club level, it was very convenient for our coffee breaks and evening drinks.
