Staff, room, food all fantastic We cannot wait to come back, with the family. Great locations for long walks, shops and views

We loved the room, was just the windows not opening much made it very stuffy in the room.

Really nice location but everything else about the hotel was frankly awful

The room was dirty and sloped badly from the center downwards on both sides. So much so both beds sloped backwards and the shower didn’t drain properly because it sloped the wrong way. Struggling to understand why the heating was on when it was 22.C outside. The whole of the room was dusty and grubby. I found the Hotel massively overpriced and just not worth the money. We stayed to be close to the concert venue but I would advise anyone to avoid Scarborough’s answer to faulty towers and just walk a bit further from the open air theater

Great location for open air music venue, Peasholme Park and an easy walk into town and to South beach. The hotel is lovely although a bit overpriced. The room was a standard room with sea view it had everything we needed but the bathroom was a bit small. The buffet Breakfast was nice. All in all it was generally good.

Hotel was in a good location with noise disturbance at a minimum, both from other guests and traffic and people outside. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast was good quality

If an establishment is to decide to be cashless then they have a heightened responsibility to ensure that the payment facilities on site are all working well, and have a procedure that all staff are familiar with in the event that they are unable to take card payments. In a room with a sea view and 4 windows, only one window would open to the h&s standard, fresh air was therefore limited. The hand wash basin in the bathroom was tiny, and it was impossible to fill the kettle or a drink bottle from the tap.

Location a bit far from amenities

The first room we were allocated smelt awful of damp and mould however this was quickly sorted out and we were given another room which was slightly smaller but was okay. The breakfast had a decent selection of foods

Some of the cooked breakfast items were a bit dry / overcooked
