"Lovely"

Came to stay for the anastacia concert at the open air theatre it is a fab location for easy access to the venue .very welcoming reception with lovely efficient staff. Went to room and was really surprised by the space we had spotlessly clean and looked in wardrobe wow 2 fans electric heater iron and ironing board travel cot extra blankets everything you could need hairdryer in drawer essentials in bathroom .will definately stay again

The location was great, the hotel looked a little tired from the outside but inside it was really nice, the room was really clean and the staff all very friendly

The room above us had something like the floor boards creaking as they walked about but it's an old building so to be expected

"Lovely hotel"

Stayed here 1 night as attending a concert nearby, location was perfect. Very clean, nice bar, lovely staff. Room was great, big comfy bed, tea and coffee provided. Would definitely stay again.

Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast basic and cheap brands e.g beans, bread, cereals etc

We didn't want breakfast but the staff wouldn't take it off our booking even though it hadn't yet been paid for. Also, emails and messages saying we had to check in online when we couldn't and didn't need to.

"Good enough for a one night stay but wouldn't stay longer."

Great location. Room was small but clean and ok for one night. Bed was small but comfortable.

Very dated decor. Hotel needs a full refurb. After being told on the phone the day before arrival I would have somewhere to park my motorbike on the hotel grounds I was then told at reception to park it on the road, which is not acceptable. This is despite them having a m/c parking bay big enough for about three bikes they only book it for one person. They eventually allowed me to park it at the back of the hotel though.
