Friendly staff, great location, convenient parking! Large room, great to have a fridge freezer in the room which is essential for me to keep my medication refrigerated Location is ideal Room was large and spacious, it has everything we needed and the bathroom was modern Fans were provided in a heatwave which was appreciated Brekkie was good especially the fried eggs were nice

The smell of the hotel could be improved maybe some incense after the breakfast because an oily smell did linger for most of the day. Also the room had a funny smell but I did get used to it after a while it didn't ruin the stay. Bigger mugs and glasses for the breakfast area would be perfect especially for people with mobility issues so they don't have to keep getting up and down to refill the small glasses

Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast, although I will concede that it is a personal preference, but the sausage and bacon could have been resurrected by a good vet!

The Hotel is a perfect location if you are going to the Open air theatre as we were. Just a 5 minute walk to and from the theatre. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast was perfect, good choice of items on the cooked breakfast. You can also reserve a parking space (for a small fee) which was fab as we didn’t have to drive around finding street parking.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were efficient and all very pleasant.
