Warner Springs Ranch

Pretty location in a historic setting. Will still take a few years of renovation to get the property back to why it once was.

Clean, comfortable great room; comfortable bed/pillows. Gated area; unable to walk around property; you pay for just a room with no amenities. Check in at store across the street and security guard escorts you to your room. Felt very safe. Staff; Marianne at store and Chuck security guard were great. No pool or restaurant on site. Across street is golf course with restaurant; great staff and good food. Once renovations are complete this will be amazing place to stay. Great for a group of people who want rooms close to each other; you would have a great time sitting outside visiting with each other .

Definitely cold, better heaters would work wonders! I loved the grounds and the room was very cute. I can't wait until they get the rest of it set up!

My boyfriend and I arrived and got to check in 40 minutes early. So we got our keys and walked into the coolest cottage I have seen. So homey! We cranked up the heater and snuggled into bed. My only complaint is the shower water didn't drain so I had to wait for it to go down to continue my shower. Oh! And I left an expensive jacket and a not so expensive jacket there and I've called to try and get it and no one has answered all week. Maybe if they see this, they'll call me. I want my jackets! Call me

Check in was a bit confusing, but overall a great little place to spend time away at.

It was very cold in the room! The heater wasn't enough

This was not a regular hotel, it was like bungalows. The rooms are spacious and very quaint decor. I actually loved it. But the heater in the room was not adequate for the room hence it was really cold. There was no tv in the room which was also nice. There is 1 restaurant and 1 gas station and thats it . But with all that said we really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We did see horse riding on site on the website but there was none that we saw when we arrived. I would stay again but would be better prepared for cold and things to do.

It’s nice and quiet. We went to have breakfast and the restaurant was open but NO COOK so we had do drive 30 minutes away to get something to eat.

Paid through Expidia but when we showed up at the hotel they double charged at much higher rate. What can you do when you show up for your room and they won't let you stay until you pay. Expedia had sent them payment but they didn't charge and I had to foot the bill. Four days later and Expedia has not worked out the issue. Room was nice but very cold with only a small heater we had to run all night. Left the heater set to 72f but the staff turned it down and we had to start all over again the next night. Not a good experience!

Very quiet spot but the shower stall is very tiny and dark. First morning there the staff began work on room next door and shut off water which cut ours off also. When notified they turned it back on and offered to do that job only while we were out. A microwave might be nice.
