Warner Springs Ranch

We very much enjoyed our quiet getaway. The resort staff made the entire process very easy. The room we stayed in was a cute adobe studio with ac & heating. It's in a gated community which was a nice perk. Our room was very clean & well maintained. Will deffinetely be coming back.

It was a bit of a drive to get to, but the location and the stay was wonderful. The room immaculate, the surroundings were quiet, private with outstanding views. Though still under construction and renovations, definitely will return. Resort personnel were extremely courteous and pleasurable.

The resort is not ready for patrons. It's under renovation and re-construction. The phone number in the itinerary provided by Orbitz is the fax number. When I Googled Warner Springs Resort to get the real phone number and called it; all recorded messages. There is no live person to answer questions or ask for directions where to check-in. The resort was hard to find when you depend on GPS. There was no clear instructions on how to get there and where is located. The website is fluff. The place is rural and remote. During my stay inside the cottage was uncomfortably hot and there is no air conditioner. I stayed the end of July. To my surprise, be aware the resort will charge your credit card a month later for the hotel stay. Overall, the place is lacking amenities and customer service.

Beautifully restored nineteen twenties bungalows.Stayed there to go up to Mount Palomar the next day.The resort portion(pool/spa) is not yet complete which is why I'm assuming the price was so low.I need to work on my golf swing so I can come back.Remember to check in between 4 & 7 pm at the gas station across the street

Beautiful property in a historic area. Only downside was the angry security guard at the front gate. Hotel check in is across the street at a gas station and staff there is friendly.

The resort is under renovation. You can here the maintenance staff working in the morning and it's loud. There is no air conditioner inside the cottage. It was very uncomfortable and hot. Even though there is a ceiling fan and portable fan. The plus side is the room is clean and updated.

This was different for us. But wow this place was great. It wasn't the best out there, but it was good enough for us to want to come back. The only thing I did not like was that it was a little hot and there was no ac just fans. But since the weather was cool at nigh we just opened the windows and let the air come in. It was awesome. Another thing is there are no tvs so it forced us to play a game as a family and go out and walk around, that's was very nice as well.

Beautifully restored historic cottage.

No sign at entrance gate-You have to check in at gas station across highway (which closes at 7pm)-no crosswalk (fast speeding cars-dangerous!!) 1 restaurant closes at 7pm. No AC, NO hot springs,(Told they were dirty-not open and blocked off)... This place is under serious construction-COMPLETELY dilapidated grounds-cockroaches outside & under bed at night. NO handle in shower for cold water. NO tv or RESORT area at ALL- terrible golf course, rattle snake holes everywhere. Nothing around-nothing to do-it was basically camping in a HOT room. Make sure you bring water or food because if it's after 7-you're out of luck. This place should not even be renting to people at all-doesn't look like it'll ever be what it once was, completely shocked at it's awful run down condition.

I was very disappointed to get room with 1 queen bed instead of 2 double for 4 person with explanation that they don't have 2 double available. It was my first experience to get refuse to provide reserved room. Compare to the previous visit, now they don't have coffeemaker in the room, and we like to have tea and coffee few times a day.
