Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed and breakfast rates include a continental buffet breakfast. Upgrading to a cooked breakfast is available at the hotel for an extra GBP 2.75 per person. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to an additional fee, to be confirmed and charged by the property. FREE Wi-Fi available for all Guests.

Nice rooms with nice shower, everything working well. Asked for extra pillows which were supplied. Very nice breakfast, all in all excellent value.

It served its purpose, i dont understand the breakfast system that had ys waiting with a hungry child for too long. Beds were really uncomfortable but no thrills hotel that provides what you basically need.

AVOID AVOID AVOID It's cheap because it's ship. Miserable place, staff, atmosphere. Pay a little more and stay at the Holiday Inn opposite. It's a different world with free breakfast, etc. Food at Campanile is awful. Luckily the Harvester opposite is good as is the Holiday Inn restaurant.

Airconditioning did not work Room heated by a portable oil heater and a noisy heater fan! Bed uncomfortable. Pillows wafer thin. Got double charged for the room, this has been rectified but should not have happened in the first place!
