AC broken. Very uncomfortable beds. Best thing is the location. Wouldn't rebook here.

O cofre estava quebrado. A cama extra era um sofá pessimo bastante desconfortável. Muitas coisas no apartamento estavam velhas e quebrada e furtaram dólares das minhas coisas. A recepção mesmo comunicada disse que nada podia fazer.

The $200 per night room hold is wrong. For patrons who do not have credit cards, this practice is pretty oppresive.

I like the shower and that’s about it

The service was awful . Rude. First we paid for a hot tub suit . come to find out there is no jets in the hot tub so just a tub . When we first arrived we was greeted by the smell of Poop horrible smell . She gave us our keys just for them not to work after paying 1500 you would think she would bring the working keys to us . nope . She made up come all The way back down for a working key. Had to Call and ask for bath salts that never showed if you are planning a vacation i wouldn’t use this hotel

It has really went down. Air conditioning was broken. No towels. Bar and restaurant closed. So disappointing

The room that we were in was surprisingly spacious.

It was very spacious! But very outdated. No restaurants, no bars, pool area not clean, jacuzzi had rips inside and it was dirty poor maintenance upkeep. Literally visited a friend’s hotel that was less expensive and beautiful. Up to date.

The property itself is located in a good area. Close to the beach. The rooms layout is nice for the rooftop PH rooms. The hotel amenities aren’t in operation ( No Bar, No spa) and the hotel is currently being renovated, which i agree it needs to be. Only 1 elevator works so wait times are longer than usual. The pool area is horrible. Does not look like the picture. The worst thing is that none of the hot tub jets work in the building. They still offer to fill it with warm water and just sit in it which is outrageous.

Privacy curtains were partially missing and the rest were off track and hanging down. Reported it to front desk about four different times to two different people and nothing was done. Jacuzzi jets wasn't working (wich is why i booked in the first place) and the water didn't even get hot! Ice machines weren't working. Staff didn't know or seemed to care about what was going on.....too much money for poor service and the quality of the hotel.

My husband, our baby, and I had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. We stayed in the Pool Lanai Suite, and it was lovely, comfortable, and spacious for all of us. The location was superb, situated perfectly close to Ocean Drive and just a short stroll from the beach. We especially loved spending time by the glass bottom pool, which was such a unique feature. Serge at reception was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend for families and couples alike!
