Z Ocean Hotel, Classico A Sonesta Collection

The hotel is not as advertised! It is very run down and in urgent need of major renovations. It is in very bad condition. The furniture is old and worn the floor in the room is dirty with lots of stains and marks. The microwave and fridge is old and not working properly. We checked out early because of this!

Bad experience. Old and crappy hotel. Old Rooms with noisy ar conditioning. Terrible old beds, a nightmare if you have backpain or alergies. Bathroom, forget hot water. Taps falling apart. Service, terrible. Asked for a bottle of water in the second night and I am waiting until now. Top of the cherry, elevators did not work when everybody was checking out. Had to go down 3 floors carrying luggage. No support. Crew lost. Stay away. Only benefit is the location, close to lincoln and some nice restaurants. Forget breakfast. Go to the other hotels near by for a decent meal. Insecure too, anyone can enter and jump into an elevator, no control with the keys no matter the time of the day. My agency has listed this place as 4 stars, which is a joke.

I didn’t like that u pay for the free breakfast but receive Starbucks gift cards instead

The property is very outdated. The air-conditioning turns off at night. While the staff was professional, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Love this hotel

The bed the room the hotel is what it is just that nothing special it looks that every amenity is closed the hotel is only offering a room basically the beach is across the street stores and some action so the location is a plus’s that’s that’s it no free breakfast no food available at hotel but in the area yes no late checkout but offered an early check in that was a plus hot tub didn’t work and needed upgrading it’s a Telly where I live pay the extra dollar for better or Payless for this stay my opinion thanks.

It was a room for rent hotel itself needs renovation offers no breakfast or food but it’s restaurants around the property so location is a plus plus hot tub isn’t working but still being billed for it no gym no pool everything needs fixing only offers a room beach located across street and hotel fee included beach chair and umbrella that’s a plus that’s it that’s all. Oh and offered early check in no late check outs though.

Outdated but ok

Lots of art deco flourishes, but the restaurant and the gym were closed. Needs to be refurbished, but it was clean, quiet at night, huge balcony, perfect location, close to the beach, and very convenient to have towels, chairs and umbrella included.

Not as advertised. They said the hot wasn’t a jacuzzi. It’s not a bottle of wine for VIP, it’s a glass. The staff talks to you like they are your parents. The electronics are outdated. Don’t recommend.
