"Excellent experience"

We had a wonderful weekend at the hotel! Our South Beach Suite was really spacious and very comfortable. I loved the glass bottom pool, it was such a unique and fun experience. The location was perfect because it was near everything we wanted in Miami Beach and very close to the beach itself. Serge at the front desk was great, she was very helpful and welcoming. We definitely plan on returning, it was exactly what we hoped for.

They charge for a $177 breakfast and one leaves disappointed because they only give a coffee and a donut, the hot tub does not serve the attention of the hotel staff they are terrible the truth I left very disappointed from the hotel

My ac may have been an issue however I didn’t complain about it nor was I in the room enough to truly notice. My stay was upgraded and I was pleased overall I will come agaijn

"Worst hotel experience due to poor Management"

Was not told air conditioner was not working when I booked. Was not told air conditioner wasn't working when I checked in. When I figured out the AC wasn't working in my room I called front desk was told they were working on it and we'll get back to me. After 45 minutes of no word I called I was told that the AC unit was being worked on. After another 45 minutes I called back found out that the air conditioner unit was for the entire building because I was trying to change rooms. At this time I was getting frustrated I asked to talk to a manager and was told they weren't answering the phone. At this point my wife and I said well let's go get in the hot tub and try to enjoy it and see if something can happen. Call down to front desk a new Clark was working he told me nobody was working on the air conditioning unit that it won't be fixed until the next day or the or the next so instead of being frustrated I was mad. I asked to talk to the owner the manager anybody that would pick up the phone if they needed something really emergency wise never talk to anybody. Decided to take a shower wasn't realizing that the drain wasn't working which flooded the bathroom and the bedroom where we had all our stuff laid out to pack This place doesn't even know how to spell customer service much less know what it is. it was the worst experience in the hotel room and my life. It's disappointing because we really liked the room it was very unique and cool but the way my wife and I were treated and disrespected and lied to I really believe that the woman that checked me in should be fired today. I hope this hotel gets new management and turns it around cuz it's really a cool place. Yes I'm still pissed

BEWARE- Please read before booking here. I travel alot. This experience was no way near what I paid for. I was reluctant to pay $1200 for 2 nights plus $100 for parking for 2 nights. I have never given a poor review. There are not words to describe our experience...it was THAT bad. :( 1.The phone didnt work. We had to go down from the top floor many times to ask for help. Only 1 elevator worked. 2. The hot tub was unusable. Chunks of the tub itself were missing. 3. The toilet had no water in the bowl or tank. Maintenance came 2 times. Did not fix it. We had to pour water from the sink using the garbage can each time. We tried making sure thatvwe used the restroom elsewhere when we could. 4. Lights didnt work on the deck outside. 2 lights didnt work inside. Room was dim. Maintenance couldnt fix. 5. Our shower tile seat was cracked looking as if it would fall. Soap scum built up from previous users. Used personal item dried, pushed into the corner. 6. Hair in the "clean sheets". They were not changed. 7. Air conditioner rattled all night. Fan was stuck on. 8. My package included free breakfast. The person at the desk, Very nice person, Stated there was no breakfast at their location. 9. Dirty on counters, cabinets had finger prints everywhere from dirty hands. I can overlook things, but this was too much. We avoided the room as much as possible and slept in our clothes. I have called and left messages for management with no response.

They had so many services closed and the facility was very run down and not clean so i was told i could cancel my reservations and find a new hotel. Bryant was the manager and he was very helpful and he confirmed i would get a full refund.

"Disappointing"

Great location, staff was friendly

wasn't as expected. Hotel is under new management so nothing is open, no restaurants on site as advertised, and the crowd there seemed sketchy.
