SureStay Hotel by Best Western Jacksonville South

This hotel is in a very dangerous area. Staff members are rude and abrasive, saying only "Yep" when we walked in (no 'Hello' or other greeting). The in-room wifi didn't work and staff members were entirely indifferent. There was no chair in the room. This is standard and very basic. Walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear conversations from people in the next room. No fault of the hotel, there is a garage next door that is very loud all hours of the day and night. Breakfast consists of Little Debbie snack cakes and not much else. We would not stay in this hotel again. In fact, spending a night in the car would be a better choice.

Nice Room. the Toilet took long to refill itself. the water did not taste good.

Location....price...staff is very polite.

Clean comfortable bed , close to everything you need. Walmart, gas station etc

I'm not picky, I can adjust to mostly anything.

Convenient. People were nice.

You can tell it was dated and attempting facelift but everything was clean.
