Very dirty Will never stay again

Check in is not described properly on the website. The room was extremely dirty, the bed had crumbs. The microwave and fridge looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in months. When we started the shower, the water came out brown for a few minutes. No trash bags or cans. The sheets looked yellow and with holes. Absolutely the worst. Does not match at all with the description

Ran down, hard beds, ask for all ids for everyone thats in the room. Rude employees.

Mold, bug bed, roaches, cigarette burns horrible. Place needs shut down

It was hands down one of the worse hotels ive booked for my employees. The check in lady was rude and aggressive. The first room had mold and the ac was broke. The second room had threadbare stained bedclothes. Mold again present. Ac worked barely. Youd b better off just sleeping in your car if this was your only choice

Staff was rude, room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and stains on the sheets.

Outside of hotel is ok, receptionist was ok. Otherwise this hotel was disgusting, there was no hot water, the fridge/microwave had hair/bugs/food liquid and crumbs everywhere. The sheets, and blankets had hair, bugs and holes. The shower floor was grimey and covered in an orange film. I felt unsafe, and I could not even sleep in the hotel because of how disgusting it was.

The sheets and towels all had yellow stripes on then looking very dirty. The bedding was very old and dirty looking. Bed was very stiff. Not hot water in my room. Staff not in office for atleast 20 minutes after I went to report the no hot water, signing stating at the airport, be back

Very clean and very friendly staff

Cockroaches! So dirty my socks immediately became black on the bottom in the few minutes I was there. Disgusting! The staff was horrible. Refused to stay The staff violated accepting my ADA-trained service dog as they wanted me to pay for him. Kept calling him a pet. They refused to return my money for the 2 days I originally paid for but then left right away. I have pictures of the cockroaches I threw in the toilet that I grabbed with tissue, and they still denied it! Never go here!
