Royal Extended Stay Alcoa

You pay cheap and you get what you deserve. Everything is dirty. Room phone not connected. Bathroom door is stuck and will get you locked in. What a mistake!

We booked the room for a week had to leave early for an emergency. They told us if we checked out by 11 the next morning they would refund us the rest of our nights. We check out the next morning and found out the next day that we would not receive are refund and they refused to check us out the rest of our nights they basically got free money out of the entire situation. They are very unprofessional do not stay here unless you like being misinformed and sleeping in a stained bed.

The room was anything but clean. The floor was greasy. Roaches behind the bed. Broken glass next to the bed. The shower curtain had stains the tub was dirty. The bed spread has cigarette burns on the under side and the room smells of cigarette smoke. Worst I have ever seen. Did not stay at all. Went to another hotel. Don't know how to get my money back either.

I checked in and got to my room to find the door open bedding in the floor matresses tv and all other items stolen. I felt unsafe as soon as i arrived. Men outside following me and trying to stop me for one reason or another. 100% do not reccomend! Staff unfriendly and did not seem at all alarmed or concered about the situation.

Room not cleaned. Made staff come back to clean room and it still only got half cleaned. Hard beds. Rude staff. Never gave us more towels when asked at night. Had wait until morning for towels after staff washed laundry because they had no extras. No extra pillows when i asked. Old tv with staticy cable. Remote didnt work. Hard floors tiled and get sticky with moiture from air conditioner being on. It was gross. It was run down looking on outside like riff raff stay there. Was told motel booked up and couldnt give us another room but saw tins if empty rooms never used while there so Im assuming they are rooms that never got cleaned or are broken. Its gross. I will never stay thete again.

The room had an awful smell when we walked in. There was hair on and in the tub and toilet. The beds were not fitted with the proper linen. Two flat sheets dingy and cigarette hiles burnt into comforter. We woke up with bites that appeared ti be bed bugs and roaches crawling in the bathroom. We paid for 2 nights. However we checked out early the next morning. Requested a refund for the second night and was denied. We paid for another night at a different hotel.

Dirty and nasty. The bathroom ceiling leaked when the room upstairs took a shower.

This hotel did not have any soap or clean towels. The room did not appear to be clean. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had a motel.
