Strong cigarette odor, old and dirty furniture, stains on the walls and carpet! The TV did not work. No soap or towels. I tried to stay because they refused to refund me but didn’t make it through the night. Worst experience ever! I’m surprised they are still open, they don’t meet the minimum criteria for someone to stay.

Our stay was not pleasant at all. As a matter of fact we didn't even stay the second night. We left early because we couldn't stay there any longer. The hotel all around did not feel safe. Our room reeked of pot and cigarettes. We slept on top of the blankets because they were nasty, stains all over them and had cigarette burns. We tried to find somewhere else to stay as soon as we got to our room but there wasn't anything available. We were there for a wedding so we made do the first night by going to the store, buying blankets and candles to make it somewhat better. Mind you we had our 2 kids with us as well. We honestly thought about sleeping in our car but that didn't feel safe either. At the wedding we got to talking about our horrible experience and the owner of the wedding venue said she knew of the place and told us we weren't safe there and couldn't even believe it was on Expedia. We told her we didn't feel safe at all and planned on just driving 4 hours back home after the wedding because we couldn't stay one more night even though it was already paid for. This was my first time booking with Expedia and I promise I will not use it anymore. Very disappointed.

Bed was not clean room was nasty not refrigerator, very disappointed.

This was a stay straight out of Hades!Moved twice from room to room. Filthy, dirty linens, roaches! I prefer to not even ever see this place again, let alone stay! Staff was friendly, that’s the only good thing. 1) Toilet leaked in first room and only one towel. Long hair tangles laying in the floor. Was moved to another room, 2) Second room had not been cleaned at all! Wet bath mat, no sheets, drywall from ceiling in the floor. 3) Third room had dirty sheets on bed. Called front, they had housekeeping bring clean linens and didn’t even offer to make the bed! The towels were supposed to be clean. Ha! Then, roaches everywhere! Falling out of the refrigerator & microwave, crawling all over the place. Dead ones behind the fridge and in bathroom floor. No turntable in the microwave but the thing that turned it was there.

There was no one at the desk to check me in I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. The floors in the room were so dirty I had to wear shoes the entire time.

The room was extremely dirty and I had cockroachs in my bed.

If you selling crack or using i wouldnt stay here again if my life depended on it

The room was filthy dirty, there was no soap or shampoo, there was no fitted sheets on the bed just a top sheet laying on the mattress, the bathroom door was also missing.

First and foremost - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I felt unsafe the moment I drove up. The glass windows were cracked in the lobby. The towels in the room were dirty/stained, the sheets had stains, there was no soap in the bathroom or the shower, the room was filled with roaches (more appeared later in the night), the pillow cases had holes in them, the curtain did not cover the window (exposing the room to sidewalk/courtyard). Overall, this was a horrendous experience and I did not feel safe or sanitary staying in this place. I ended up leaving around 5am, as I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the premises and did not feel safe here.

Worst room ever. Roaches & cigarette stank. Barricaded door with extra furniture and kept the .45 loaded and ready. Tub was dirtier than some abounded houses I’ve seen. Door barely locked. Pretty much a great place if you are filming a horror movie. Pretty sure there was already blood on the floor. No lamps. No garbage cans. No lights. Weird as can be. I barely slept and believe me - I sleep anywhere. Random car alarms at all hours. Loud noises. Was pretty sure I was going go end up on the news just by staying there! Definitely not on my list to return to. Ever. Unless someone takes me there to kill me.
