Beautiful great time they had a wonderful attention to detail friendly staff. We definitely go there again. It was a great birthday getaway.

Perfect getaway in the heart of Old Colorado City! The owner greeted us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the property to show us where breakfast would be and all the amenities. Our room was amazing. It was super clean and well stocked. Amazing view of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods park. Will gladly visit them again!

Charming location with a beautiful Mountain View and plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. This B&B made our getaway great. Well kept property, private balcony with hot tub and wonderful owners/ staff. Breakfast is good too!

The room was beautiful! It was spacious but cozy. Finding the GuestHouse was very easy. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were attentive and helpful. We were able to walk to bars, restaurants and shopping. Old Colorado City is a charming area especially during the holidays. My favorite room was the main shared space. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. We will definitely be back!

This stay truly exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed by the owners who gave us a great tour, adjusted our hot tub temp and made sure we were comfortable. Their care and kindness was outstanding. We stayed in the poppy room which I highly recommend. Very comfy bed, fireplace and hot tub on balcony with a perfect view of pikes peak. Breakfast was fantastic. Entire property was immaculate. Can’t wait to go back!

Brandon was an excellent host! He was very accommodating and the breakfasts were so yummy. Our room was so cozy, nice fireplace, hot tub and beautifully decorated. Brandon also gave us lots of recommendations for eating and visiting local sites. I know this is a social media review; but we've already told many people about our stay so word of mouth is also good.

Terrific experience! The owner Brandon greeted us upon arrival both times we arrived for our stay. Beautifully decorated historical building, with uniquely furnished rooms. Ours had a fireplace in the bedroom and a hot tub on the covered balcony with an amazing view of the night lights. The breakfast was delicious with fruit, yogurt, and granola to start followed by an egg and meat dish, which was my husband's favorite part. There was no detail left unattended to at this lovely B & B. Don't miss the chance to stay or return here. We sure won't.

From the initial phone call confirming our reservation, Brandon and Tom at the Old Town Guesthouse exceeded our expectations. Our two night stay in the Victorian Rose room was a very special and memorable experience. The entire B&B is filled with special touches to create a welcoming, comfortable, and wonderful get away. We truly enjoyed the views from Victorian Rose room's private balcony and hot tub. Star gazing at night and watching the sunrise over Pike's Peak from the hot tub were magnificent, "peak" experiences. The delicious and nourishing breakfasts graciously served by Brandon and Tom were the perfect way to start our day! The Old Town neighborhood, just steps away from the B&B, has many lovely shops and great restaurants. We are so grateful to have shared this special experience. We look forward to returning to the Old Town Guesthouse B&B soon!!

I highly recommend this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. It is perfectly located to old downtown. Each room has their own theme and are wonderfully decorated. Check in and check out were very easy and convenient. Breakfast each morning was beyond what we had expected. So delicious and beautiful presented. The stay was so relaxing and serene. We stayed for 4 nights and will definitely be coming back.
