The all night bar that played live music all night. Do not recommend if have young children because we could here the band all night

Good location, clean, comfortable beds, hot shower. It was surprisingly quiet even though it's next door to a seafood restaurant/bar. There is a park by the restaurant where you can enjoy walking and watching the boats in the bay.

The pool is supposed to open at 9 but we had to go to the office to get them to open it. The in- room brochure says there is complimentary coffee in the lobby but there isn't; there is a Keurig in the room. WiFi was good with the phone but we were unable to connect our tablets; the office could not offer assistance when asked.

I've stayed here 3 years in a row for vacation (5-7 days). Staff is friendly, convenient location and affordable. The bay view is beautiful. Always clean and the family who own it are very nice.

I have no complaints.

Proximity to local markets and nearby Destin.

It was the worst vacation of my life. The pics on the booking site were horribly outdated, the rooms were excessively expensive for the condition, comforts, amenities, and lack of cleanliness. The carpets were nasty, the beds had rust stains or hard water stains to the point of being dingy. The shampoo and conditioner were about two ounces total, 3 pods of coffee (for two people two beds), only two washcloths and two towels, (we had to ask for replacements each day (there nine days), the iron leaked, the ironing board was warped and wobbled, there was NO hairdryer, NO CLOTHES HANGERS, NO HOOKS to hand ANYTHING, no private balcony (only one long sidewalk with a railing). They charged a mystery $41 to my original deposit (which is on my credit card statement), but they only refunded $100 and denied the other $41 charge. Absolutely ZERO BREAKFAST (not even continental). No bedside lamps, on one across the room, the overhead light switch was by the front door (very inconvenient) we had to ask for the trash to be taken out after 3 days, no movies to choose from, only basic cable, it seemed to us to be more of a one night stay over rather than a 9 day comfortable stay. I ended up leaving after the 4th day and our sheets had never been changed up to that point and we were gone most days. Extremely disappointed ☹️. And I never saw the mystery $41 charge refunded. Our experience is reflective of the very reason one chooses a "Hotel" over and "Inn" or a "motel", huge difference. Ultimately is was my fault for even giving it a try, but for $1,000 a week, one would expect more accommodating.

We will be staying again very nice close to evertything
