"Dukes Dec Stay"

Lovely stay in Belfast, hotel was well appointed, comfortable, clean and staff were friendly and helpful and efficient. Nice atmosphere in hotel and breakfast was really good.

We had a lovely stay. We got an unexpected upgrade to the suite. The team of staff were siper friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. We'll definitely be back

"Lovely stay with excellent service"

The overall stay was great, the bed was super comfy and the customer service was very welcoming. Went the extra mile to get us transfers for our ferry and also held our luggage all day after checkout whilst we did the Giants Causeway day trip.

"OK place to stay"

A little tired. Staff were lovely, bed super comfy, just a little rough around the edges. The restaurant connected is not good at all.....

"Great stay"

Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you!! Room was spotless and had plenty of room for two people. My room was ungraded for free which was an excellent touch. Only fault was that food was unavailable on a Monday and Tuesday which was a slight inconvenience
