Dukes at Queens Boutique Hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights for a friend’s birthday. Lovely comfortable room, clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Bar was good , ate a lovely evening meal and listened to some good live music there. Thanks to Brian for his friendly and helpful greeting when we arrived. Would love to return for another stay in this lovely hotel, convenient for days out and lively nearby evening entertainment.

This, our first trip to Belfast. We were recommended ‘Dukes at Queens’ and what a recommendation it was ! I have not even a neutral comment to make !! Just 5* in each and every way !!! Fabulous room, very friendly staff, foods (breakfast is) truly top class, cleanliness is just faultless !!!! Thank you very much, we will return....

Staff were friendly, room was clean and breakfast was delightful. USB charging sockets would be handy and a contingency in case the wifi goes down.

Only stayed 1 night, but I have stayed previously. Friendly staff, good choice at breakfast and a huge bedroom. Will be staying again over the next few months

First booked Dukes in 2016 and since then have been there more than a handful of times. It is a 5 star quality hotel without 5 star prices. If anything the quality gets better year on year. If you want the ultimate experience put it on your hotel list. I will be back again and again. Keep up the good work

Lovely stay. Could use more light in rooms. W dark carpet, it was hard to see. Staff at desk was exceptional, very friendly!

Great place to stay if you are visiting QUB or Botanic. Lively area with bars & restaurants. We stayed in one of the 2nd floor suites which was large and comfortable with a bathtub. Good bar in the hotel itself.
