Dukes at Queens Boutique Hotel

We always enjoy staying here. This was the first time we had to pay £100 deposit on check in (this was refunded a few hours after we checked out). I just found this a bit odd when they have our card details. My cousin had paid for the "romance package" and I must admit I found the towel swans surrounded by rose petals hilarious. Never knew I would have an affinity for towel animals.

We had a lovely stay here for two nights. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Our room was a great size, bed was super comfortable. Very clean. A couple of negatives. We weren't able to open windows or alter air conditioning temperature easily. The bathroom could do with some rework, it looks very stylish but it's flawed. No shower but a bath which you have to sit in and the hose for shower is very short and super awkward to use without flooding the bathroom. Also a soap dish would be good. Would definitely stay again but I would ask for a room with shower and opening windows.

Wow wow wow!!! We had a fabulous stay here! We love coming to Belfast because the people are so lovely and helpful but the staff at the Duke were really exceptional! The receptionist Chloe was absolutely wonderful! We couldn’t get over how friendly and helpful she was!!! It was her kindness that truly made our trip! We can’t wait to be back and even if the hotel was a dive (which it certainly was not) we would still come back to see Chloe. There was another red haired receptionist who was lovely as well but she was didn’t catch her name. The location of the hotel is so perfect and there are a ton of lovely restaurants around. It’s a very quick walk into the city centre and there was free on street parking. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and bath was huge- what more could you want from a room? We are already planning our next trip back to Belfast and would always recommend the Duke to stay. *** also a plus for anyone driving back to Dublin - the hotel is very close to the M1, only took us a few minutes to get from the hotel on to the motorway so we didn’t get lost leaving or stuck in traffic. Our room was situated right above the outside drinking area and was very noisy until about 12.30. The walls seemed to be paper thin also as we heard everything from

A fabulous gem in the Queens district of the city with great staff who are friendly & attentive. We were given a warm welcome, a gorgeous room & our price included a great breakfast too. Queens is a lively & lovely part of the city with a great range of places to eat & drink for every budget. A great hotel; would recommend.

Great location, close to everything. Room had everything you needed and the breakfast (included) was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
