Good service from all staff at the hotel. Will bring restaurant staff Mr Geronimo a spesial attention due to his very good service and welcoming. His smile and attitude making us very happy as well:)

I am a frequent guest at the Allegria Hotel, and it’s always a pleasure to return here. Everything is great, but I especially want to highlight the restaurant staff, specifically Patti. She greets and seats the guests, and she is an absolute gem! Patti is incredibly welcoming, always helpful, friendly, and does an amazing job managing everything. Seeing her familiar, smiling face always makes my visits special. Highly recommend this place!

I’m the Liquor rep for this account and my first point of contact was Patti. She was so helpful and friendly. It was nice to be greeted with such a smile on her face. Sometimes in my business, we don’t know we get that. She was able to get me a meeting with the buyer and I was very thankful for that. A wonderful place to visit.

My stay at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach, NY was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and the oceanfront views were breathtaking. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, and the rooftop pool and easy beach access made for a perfect getaway. A special thank you to Marsha, Hadiqah, and Isabel, whose kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their outstanding service truly deserves recognition. We had an amazing experience hosting our Leadership Summit at the hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the entire team made the planning process seamless. A special thank you to Geraldine, Bonnie, Melanie, and Jeff for their incredible support from the very beginning through the day of the event. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly made all the difference. Our entire team loved the hotel, and after organizing events for many years, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel and service. Right on the brach, they supply beach chairs and towels. The front desk and all the employees work very hard to make sure we had a great visit. Special call out of thanks to Sharon and Isabel at the front desk, friendly and helpful even on a busy day.
