Silver Sands Beach Hotel

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and every detail showed great care. The breakfast was delicious, and the location made everything easily accessible. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Rooms not cleaned, we had a stain on the bed sheets for a week which proves sheets do not get changed though out peoples stays. There was a collection of food crumbs near the balcony door which remained there all week, clearly they do not swept or mopped the floors either. The rooms are outdated and very very grubby and generally not clean and very worn. Food selection is very repetitive and always cold.I think a lot of the food is reheated and used again, this would explain why it’s so hard and dry.More often than not it’s difficult to sit comfortably as the dining area isn’t sufficiently sized for the amount of guests. We’ve visited many Tsokkos hotels over the years and this is by far the worst. Not a pleasant experience and yes it’s classed as a budget hotel but for us as a couple it still cost 2k which we thought was a lot for the poor hotel service

Absolutely terrible we read reviews before we went but we thought it can't be that bad. We arrived late. Hotel is in a good location but outside hotel looks great but get past reception go upstairs very dated. We were on 1st floor room was quite dirty when we arrived. My friend said is that a ball underneath the bed it was a mouldy peach not sure how long that had been there. Staff only grunt at you or ignore you. Wouldn't recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff were absolutely amazing and truly made our holiday unforgettable. A special mention goes to Costas at the beach bar, who has an incredible energy and knows how to entertain every guest – he really brings the atmosphere to life by the sea. Equally unforgettable is Makis at the reception bar, thanks to whom the nightlife here is simply fantastic. Every evening the terrace is full of people laughing, dancing, and enjoying themselves, creating the perfect holiday vibe. I would also like to sincerely thank Magdalene and Marianne at the reception, who were always so helpful and did their best to meet all of our requests with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made everything so much easier and added a personal touch to our stay. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, a lively atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about making your experience special, this is the hotel to choose. I would definitely love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Silver Sands, Protaras, Cyprus. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made my time there truly relaxing. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything I needed was easily available. What really made my stay special, however, was the staff. Costas from the pool bar, Magdalena , Mariana from the reception and Makis from the Lobby bar were always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness stood out, and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Thanks to their care, I felt not just like a guest, but genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.😊

Room: front sea view was lovely but room was in poor state. See pics. Service: beds not made, first day duvet was pulled over but bottom sheet wasn’t even straightened! So did myself every day instead. 2 weeks-sheets never changed!! Had to constantly ask for clean towels. Didn’t have toilet roll for last 4 days so had to ‘acquire’ some from public toilet areas to last us. Stayed HB so didn’t stay much in hotel and ate out sometimes. Food wasn’t too bad to be fair. Sunbed hogging was a problem . People got beds even before 6am to get sunny spots then not use them for hours!! A lot of the grounds are shady due to palm trees and on slope so not ideal. Smoking: very inconsiderate people smoking in dining areas letting smoke float over you when eating. Should have smoking area rules for dining times. Location: good for nightlife. Hotel entertainment: some good. During dinner-great saxophonist one night. But so much more fun in the strip. Loved Protaras but I wouldn’t stay here again unless all rooms revamped and the basic 3* service improved. I believe there are beautiful suites on top floor so maybe doing some rooms???

My first time as a solo traveller. I chose this hotel as I was attending a wedding so it was chosen for location. I did not expect much so I was very impressed by the hotel. My room was lovely and the view was spectacular (405). The staff were very friendly and always smiling and the receptionists were outstanding. The food was great, plenty of variety and very good quality. The location is fantastic,,directly on the seafront. Only slight niggles were the pool was on the small side for the number of guests and was in complete shade by 4pm but this was fine as the sea is literally 100 yards away. And the usual fight for sunbeds. You can use the beach beds at a cost of 2.50 euro per bed or umbrella which is reasonable. But the beach also gets very busy. Also not everyone gets free WiFi. I paid 20 euros for the week which again was not unreasonable as this covered 2 devices but I did go all inclusive so would expect that in the package. Over all i loved every minute of my stay and would most definitely return. Thank you Silver Sands 😘

The hotel Silver Sands is on great location, near Vrissi beach and Fig Three beach. I would like to praise the receptionist Marianna, a kind, helpful woman, who speaks Serbian and made our stay in the hotel pleasant.
