Silver Sands Beach Hotel

Just got back from the most incredible 1 week all inclusive stay at the silver sands beach hotel as a single mum with her 15 year old daughter and couldn’t have asked for any better from the hotel. Perfect location on the beach and only a 2minute walk to the strip but you wouldn’t have thought this as you couldn’t hear a thing from your room or within the hotel. Hotel was absolutely spotless on arrival our room was spotless and cleaned everyday my daughter accidentally dropped some cutlery on the floor during lunch on one of the days and within seconds it was picked up and swapped out for a clean one! Special shout out to both of the men behind the mesogios cocktail bar especially Makis who went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable. Entertainment was incredible not to much but not to little from saxophonists during dinner to a dj around the pool! Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! Evening meal times had a range of different themes every night from Mexican to Italian to Chinese to a carvery. Thank you for an incredible stay we will be back!

Very nice hotel with perfect location, beach, staff and tasty meal. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Every day there was live music and yoga classes.

Really nice hotel, so I don't understand bad reviews. Delicious food. We had HB breakfast and dinner. Very polite and hardworking staff, from reception ladies to animation girl. The waiters are diligent and friendly. Rooms are clean and with enough space. The gym is small and not that well equipped but enough if you know what you're doing. People in pool bar are also hardworking and fast. Professional and friendly. The bartender at the lobby bar is professional and creative. We will definitely come back again. Dusan, Serbia

Worst hotel I have ever been to. No pool towels, no Bathroom towels. Had to spent most of the day up and down begging for them. Booked with Love Holidays, paid extra for Doubke Sea view room ( most expensive one on the website) in a hotel was given a Side sea view, so please don't bother paying extra as you will not get the room you pay for, as long as you see a bit of sea from the balcony they say you are getting the sea view and thatbis your original room you booked, Photo on the web is just to get the extra money, see the view from the room it's adrvertised on Love Holidays add and the original from the room I was given. Food quality is way below average, cleaniless of the room also bad, found lots of hair on the floor , felt like I got the room from hairdressers salon. Even with half board we had to pay for drinks, also had to pay for internet ( was told that if you are with Love Holidays you have to pay) , also safe in the room is payable on a daily rate, not much but is annoying having to pay for basics in 21st century) every hotel I have been to in my entire life does not charge for safe and internet. They are only two lifts and we spent a lot of time waiting to get up or down as always full. Love holidays, you fool me once shame on you", fool me twice, shame on me" So never again in this hotel, and definetely never again anywhere with Love Holidays.

Big hotel, but with the attention from a small hotel. The Staff makes you feel welcome. Although its a 3 star hotel, I want to give it a star extra.The food is great, compliments to Chef Savas, Rana and Areyan!

No towels or pool towels. Have to buy own drinks for lunch and dinner Bathroom needs updating. Will not be back. Run down.

I have just Stayed 11 nights at silver sands with my partner, after reading all the bad reviews we were a bit skeptical but when we arrived it was nothing but amazing polite staff (ALL STAFF) especially the barman in the reception bar in the evening!!! Rooms were cleaned top to bottom daily even shampoos and body wash replenished every morning and the room smelt fresh. Food was amazing every day and catered to everyone regardless of where they were from. Anything you needed the staff was there to help. Great location overlooking the beach, shops and main strip very close by. I couldn’t recommend a better hotel currently on our way back to England and we have already booked to come again same time next year!!! See you next year silver sands you have been a blast !!!!

The hotel is located on the beach. Accessible for families with small children. The rooms in the hotel are not very high level. Obviously, it has not been completely renovated. So you may end up with a room where the furniture looks old. Rooms on higher floors and those at the front look better. Hygiene is good, rooms are cleaned every day. Good restaurant, varied international cuisine. The staff is welcoming, friendly. Special praise for Mrs. Marianna, from the reception, who finds a solution to every problem.

Hotel service was good. Evening bartenders are great, they can mix great drinks. I definitely recommend going here. 👊

Unfortunately the blonde receptionists were unbothered and sometimes rude towards us as guests. Already at check-in we did not even get a welcoming nor an explanation of the hotel , only a paper with instruction and a hand gesturing wanting our passports. Not the best impression. Another time, when we asked if they knew more detailed information about the AirPort shuttle we got a rude reply that we should not ask them about it. Luckily, we got a very warm and caring help from another receptionist, Mikaela. When we had an issue regarding our room she was very helpful and kind, as well as her manager in the back. The guys in the beach bar were also very kind and had a fun way of serving! Apart from having black hairs in the bathroom and in our bed after cleaning ( we are blonde) the hotel was price worthy, had everything you needed & a great location.
