Absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Silver Sand! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect - clean, elegant, and welcoming. Huge thanks to Marijana at reception - a true gem! Her warmth, professionalism, and positive energy made our stay even more special. Every hotel needs a Marijana someone who makes you feel like family, not just a guest. Makis the bartender, makes the best cocktails with a smile and great vibes every evening. The restaurant staff were kind, efficient, and made every meal a joy. And finally, our sincere compliments to the hotel manager, who clearly leads this team with vision and dedication. You can feel the positive energy and motivation among the staff, and that speaks volumes about the management. Everything ran smoothly and with a personal touch. We felt truly cared for. Can't wait to come back!

We recently stayed at the hotel for 10 days and we had a fantastic experience – what really made the difference was the incredible service from the bartenders (Makis and the pool bar guys) and restaurant staff! From the beginning, we felt welcomed. The reception(Mikela) was so helpful and always fixed everything for us with a smile. The bartenders were absolutely brilliant – fast, friendly, always smiling, and happy to chat. The waiters in the restaurant were attentive, polite, and hardworking, even during busy times we got our drinks fast and on time. Room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels every second day. A huge thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

We were on an 8-day all-inclusive stay. We were very satisfied with the service, the staff was always helpful. The food was very tasty, there were 15-20 dishes to choose from. There were also sweet desserts, fruit and various vegetable salads. Dinner was a different style every night (Mexican, Italian, Greek, etc.). The hotel has its own free sunbeds, but the beach is about 10 meters across the walkway. The bar on the beach and in the hotel offers many drinks in the all-inclusive. The best bartender is Makys and Nikita in the hotel bar, who make great entertainment, they are very friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, the program in the hotel is weaker, whether in the evening or with the animators. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, it was cleaned every day. The air conditioning was functional. As a minus, I rate the beds that move, as they are single beds pushed together. We had a bathroom with a bathtub, rather for the undemanding, but we had everything we needed.

The hotel is very old and needs renovation. But the staff is very friendly. If something is missing in the room, just ask the reception and the girls will fix it. Special thanks to Natalia, she always found towels for us when they were not brought, answered all questions and tried to help. But the hotel is three stars, so do not expect much, just relax. The best location in Protaras and always delicious food.

Location was great, Reception was very kind and helpful especially Marianne, she made our stay so much better/easier 😊 Service team with Big Boss Dipto and his exellent team was amazing, those guys were flying just to make us feel good and I’m so grateful for that 👌 Hotel was OK , food was not bad but could be a bit better 🤷‍♂️ For 3* Hotel you can’t expect much more so really nothing to complaint about except maybe elevators, they could really get few extra ones for those who can’t use the stairs all the time 😂

The hotel's location is fantastic, by the sea, yet close to the street filled with bars. They offered pilates on the hotel's balcony, that was led by Sophia, which gave me extra pleasure as she has a very friendly personality and put together a good routine.

Another trip to cyprus and another visit to silversands! Probably the best located hotel, right in the middle of the strip and on the beachfront! But the main reason we keep visiting is the best barman in the world, Makis! He knows what you want before you can even say it. Always a great laugh with him and always amazing drinks! No matter who youre on holiday with, we always make new friends at the bar thanks to Makis! Kwstas at the pool bar makes the best strawberry margaritas ever. The rooms have always been clean and the beds are huge. For the price you cant go wrong with silversands Cant comment on the all inclusive, we've never had it as we prefer to go out to the many restaurants on the strip for dinner
