It was ok.

Booking.com run my credit card before I arrived, and I asked the desk clerk to switch the card, but he only put the incidentals on the preferred card. I didn't see a breakfast!

The floors were sticky! The bath tub was very slick! My Husband fell in the tub, thank God he wasn’t hurt!

Did not get the room I reserved. The hotel could not give me the room i reserved. I had to get help to connect the tv. The tv was not connected to the internet. The smell in the hallway was like poop. The room was clean just nit the one I reserved.

Unwelcoming , they didn’t have towels , toilet was broken , my room was never cleaned and when asked the maid handed me a broom. She look like she was spaced out. After raising chaos behind no towels after driving 6 hours , I was given dirty towels. It was a horrible experience. The manager finally appeared she talked to be about what should’ve took place and resume to get some paper to back her well she couldn’t find it. I’d rather sleep in my car but I had my kids that’s how uncomfortable I was.
