Room need to be worked on, chipping paint, drains not draining in the bathroom, toilet seal broken, beds very hard. Thermostat in the room was broken and not even showing a display.

"Smells like urine"

This hotel has the potential to be very nice, but isn’t being kept up. The biggest issue we had is the bedroom had a very overwhelming urine smell…the bathroom isn’t even in the bedroom. It was awful. Of course, the hotel was full so there was no other room to move.

"Ok, but needs updates"

Location is great close to several restaurants & easy acess to freeway. Beds were comfortable ,but need new pillows.

Requested top floor & they put us on main floor directly across from staff laundry , people above very noisey all night long, & no breakfast. You have to go next door to la quinta to get breakfast. Too noisey and the pillows need to be replaced.
