The man working the front counter. It took me 2 phone calls and I had to go get him before our TV was fixed. Waited 45 minutes before I had to go find him.

Showed up at 830 in the evening for a suite with my wife who was having surgery the next morning. We needed the room for her to prepare Found out they had overbooked and moved us to another hotel. The new room was not a studio. I had already prepaid.
