Parking spaces would’ve been quite tight if the lot was full, luckily it wasn’t

The bathroom had a noisy fan or something running continuously that couldn't be turned off, so it was hard to get to sleep. And then the internet was rubbish. I couldn't do a Zoom using the hotel internet at 8am in the morning. It kept dropping out and freezing. I had to tether my phone. I wouldn't want to stay there again.
NZNZBeautiful views of the river good covered enclosed car parking in house entry to pub and restaurant great games room as well.
The carpet and furniture needed cleaning the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to lock.

There was a wet leak when it started raining. And asked for a new room which they accommodated

No elevator working on arrival stairs with all luggage was horrible shower not clean properly no coffee/tea refills only one of each on arrival no sky tv channels very disappointing.
