Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel & Spa

Rip off checking in at 3pm and cant use spa till after 3 which i was tol we could ended up paying 20.00 extra to use it wnen we arrived early.Lovely bar man in the sports bar. Bit disapointed with the room 104 very dated and depressing and view was a massive bush .Would use spa facilities again but not stay the night .

A pleasant midweek break for myself and the wife.

Excellent friendly staff very helpfull

Overall our stay was nice. A minor gripe was the safe in our room not working but the worst thing was dirty cutlery and crockery in the restaurant and it wasn't a one off, it was the same every morning.

Found hotel by chance and loved it, some areas a little tired needing fresh paint but staff excellent really helpful and enjoyed our stay. Leisure facilities very good.

Staff were lovely but the hotel was not 4*. Cleanliness was an issue

The hotel is excellent in a wonderful setting. I attended a wedding and the atmosphere, food and service were excellent.

Easy to navigate and ideal location outside Cardiff.

Good service however looking a bit dated around the place and being honest cleanliness wasn’t great in 3 days there was 2 x 50 birthday tokens ( the sort that gets put in cards ) in the corridor, so it obviously wasn’t hoovered .

SHAMBOLIC HOTEL!!! I wouldn’t recommend tbis hotel to anyone unless they want to overpay for a disgusting, smoke smelling room, rude and unprofessional staff and the only positive is the view (if the weathers clear) Booked 2 nights for my birthday and the biggest regret ever. Oh and if you’re looking to use the spa then it’s not free even after spending £300 on two nights - it’s an additional £10pp for a 45min sessions PER DAY! Absolutely joke and hopefully this hotel is looked into and shut down soon or bought by a chain that can re-brand it and give customers the service they pay for.
