Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel & Spa

Great hotel and great staff. Had a slight issue with dinner on the first night as there were so many patrons in the restaurant the staff were inundated which made a wait for each course inevitable. Otherwise had a great time and I am already booking my next stay.

Beautiful location and a beautiful golf course, unfortunately didn't get the opportunity to play but it was immaculate! The room was really clean and i think i can safely say, the comfiest bed ive ever slept in. Food was lovely in the restaurant with great service and a wonderful view. Overall a very enjoyable 2 night stay. Didn't cost an arm or leg either.

Overall I would say the stay was good value, comfortable and quiet. The place is maybe a little bit tired in some places but that is perhaps to be expected. In evening, my meal was very good quality, I had room service as I’d had a busy day. The breakfast was shocking to be absolutely honest. I had sausage, bacon and poached eggs. The sausage was very poor quality, very soft and tasted synthetic. The bacon seemed like it had been microwaved and the eggs were tasteless too. But as I said, my meal the night before was very good so cannot complain too much, better breakfast ingredients are needed though. I wouldn’t hesitate booking here again.

Great room, nice hotel but the staff at the spa were not as helpful as you would expect.

The staff were extremely helpful. I was leaving at just after 05:00 and they offered a breakfast box. Attentive and very polite. Great place.

Over an hour waiting for breakfast, no fridge/water in the room.

nice environment although food service was slow, wheelchair access was a bit tough very steep ramp to gain entrance to reception, and even steeper to access the bar, there was no access provided to the dining area he acessible room was very close to a set of steep stairs.

No view from our room just large overgrown plants looking a bit like a jungle! Comfortable bed, high bath so difficult to get in for a shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Weekend family break was satisfactory. Decent food, good spa & pool facilities, ok service, nice views, good family rooms, car park full, mostly pleasant smiling staff.
