Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield Park

Something about the bathroom smelled but other then that, the place was good

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ridgefield Park, NJ, and I especially want to recognize Felix for his excellent customer service. Felix was professional, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to request an end room to help minimize any disruption since I was traveling with my dog, and Felix was very helpful in arranging that request. He made the check-in process smooth and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made my visit more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the great service I received and would gladly recommend this hotel because of Felix’s support.

Location and cleanliness. Also Felix was wonderful.

They charged us for breakfast that was supposed to be included and I would like a refund. Children woke us running thru the halls screaming at 8am. Reported to front desk but didn’t stop. Went on for 45 mins. Same night they were running and knocking on doors. Told Felix and he stopped the children running in the lobby. Put $100 hold on my card. This was listed no where in the hotel info

The room I was in with my toddler for a night had an unbearable cigarette smell in the bathroom. It was so bad that I got a severe headache, and my boyfriend vomited a couple of times. We stayed for one night and arrived extremely late. Exhausted, we simply closed the door, but the next day, the smell was even worse. We decided to book a smoke-free room.

Dante was wonderful when I checked in & the gentlemen on the next shift was ok.

The gentlemen who checked me out made me feel I was bothering him & when I got the email receipt I saw I was overcharged & had to go back inside for a credit. Not even continental breakfast was included & no hot tub, only a small pool, thought this facility had these items or ai would have went elsewhere.

Bed, pillow and quiet. Staff was also very good. Breakfast was good too.

Pool heater was broken and the jacuzzi was out of order. We chose this hotel because of these and wished we knew. We really wanted a hotel with a pool to do some swimming in the evening.

Customer service

The cleanliness, the clogging of the tub, the inconvenience of having to change rooms, pool was freezing, I convince in not getting the room that was originally booked, this was not worth the $$. First and last time I'll ever stay at a Hilton.
