Location was great

Furnishings were older and well used, very loud bangs from above throughout the night. No microwave in the room. Breakfast service did not have eggs available during the end of the time it was open.

Breakfast was good but the location was even better.

That the bar was never open.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. My family and I stayed for two days, and our experience upon departure was deeply concerning. On the morning of checkout, we began loading our vehicle around 10:00 AM, well before the stated checkout time of 12:00 PM. After loading our bags in our vehicle, we returned to the room approximately 15-20 minutes after to do a final check and ensure we did not leave anything behind. With the “Do Not Disturb” sign still displayed, fully expecting our belongings and privacy to remain intact. However, within the time we loaded our vehicle, housekeeping had already entered the room and begun fully servicing it. This premature entry made it impossible for us to verify whether any personal belongings had been left behind. We brought this issue to the front desk and requested to speak with a manager. The General Manager, Brandon Hanson, approached the situation with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Rather than addressing our concerns, he insisted that staff had the right to assume we had checked out and could enter the room at their discretion, despite the clear checkout time and signage indicating otherwise. As the discussion continued, it became evident that our concerns were not being taken seriously. We decided to escalate the matter to corporate and proceeded to leave. At that point, Mr. Hanson followed us, continuing to argue and escalate the situation. His behavior became increasingly inappropriate, including antagonizing remarks and confrontational actions toward my husband. Even as we exited the property, the situation further deteriorated when Mr. Hanson made an unfounded and offensive accusation, labeling us as racist simply for raising legitimate concerns about our belongings and the hotel’s policies. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, respect for guest privacy, and basic customer service standards. Entering a guest room prior to checkout—especially with a “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed—is unacceptable. The handling of the situation by management only compounded the issue. I hope ownership or corporate leadership addresses these concerns promptly, as this level of conduct is entirely inappropriate and should not be tolerated.

The rooms were very comfortable in size- we had 4 adults and 2 teenagers in one room and we all fit very comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other (and I’m claustrophobic!). Staff were very nice and property was clean and well maintained.

I truthfully don’t have any vices about our stay at this property.

It was very nice and convenient.

I requested a double room for my son and me. When I checked in I was told no doubles were available. A king room with a pullout couch was available. I was compensated $15 for parking and my son slept on a pullout couch.

Location

Cleanliness and rooms far too hot as AC was not great. Also very noisy as railroad at the back.

Great location to what we were wanting to see and visit. The area can get busy, which is to be expected, with nearby events. Everything is very close by.

The hot tub and pool were closed. It wasn't listed anywhere that these amenities were closed. Parking was very minimal, and part of the parking lot was being used for dumpsters and other renovation items.
