Accoglienza praticamente assente specie negli orari in cui doveva essere assicurata. Ho dovuto piu volte contattare telefonicamente il responsabile sia per il check-in che per il check out il quanto irreperibile in reception il personale previsto e dovendo lasciare, in tutta onestà e sul tavolo della reception, la tassa di soggiorno dentro un tovagliolo di carta.

The tariff is competitive, the landlady is nice, the location is good for the tourists. The downside is that our room was noisy at night with revellers' shouting and in the early morning for the preparation of setting up the open air stalls down the street. With the poor noise protection, not recommended for shallow sleepers. In the end, you get what you paid.

The hotel was in the centre of the catania and was very clean. We will go again for next time for sure. The receptionist was very understanding and very kind.

Bonne endroit, près des lieux à visiter par-contre le stationnement n’est pas facile d’accès en pleine journée. En Italie vous pouvez entrer dans les rues à sens unique qui nous aurait été utile pour l’accès au stationnement.

Only the location is good and i find some stuf missing when I arrived home
