Location and service

Camera e bagno freddissimi nonostante avessimo acceso il condizionatore/invertitore a 30gradi. Letto poco confortevole. Tende rotte e sporche e poco oscuranti. La posizione é fantastica. I gestori potrebbero fare di meglio.

The hotel was located in the center of Catania so it was very easy to reach all the main attractions. The room was clean and very good. The personnel is kind and helpful even to explain me how to access the hotel when the reception was closed in the evening.

The breakfast was minimal and it can be improved with more fresh food (fruits etc). Moreover, the room in which we had breakfast need some restoration. It can also be improved the ratio quality cost (reduce the costs) to be more in line with the services really offered.

The location is literally the center of the town in the middle of the market I give them that. Also the staff was super friendly and I'm pretty sure that it's not their fault that the place is a cesspit.

The room was dirty, the bedsheets were smelly, and the whole "junior suite" was beaten down and old. Not like on the pictures. Also, during the night until 2 a.m. people were talking/partying/arguing, which made the proper sleep nearly impossible. The bed was awful. Even in the early morning, there were shady figures on the street. Also, you can't and should not park your car on the street because of these elements. Luckily, we only spent one night here. Never again.

The breakfast was delicious and also the room was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It has a great location in catania close to everything

There wasnt much water pressure in the shower
