Room is ok

Staff are very rude not helpful Glasses plate are very dirty Bathroom sink block Overall experience is bad We request for late check out but they are very rude they didn't give even 10min more to pack our baggage This our very bad experience in this hotel however we change the hotel same time finally we find it

The property was dirty with rusted shower head, broken lights, dirty shower tray, cigarettes in the toilet, marks on wall, open roof hatch, broken door and marked bedding. The room smelt strongly of smoke and the windows were dirty. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The bed could not be used as it was so dirty and the shower unsafe. I have stayed in basic hotels before but this was dirty, smelly and unsafe.

Breakfast was ok

The sewer smell in the corridor was overwhelming. The staff was not nice and absent afternoon and night. The hair dryer did not work, etc. The shower drain was plugged so no shower possible and staff said she couldn’t do anything about it. There is a market under the windows so as of 6:00 am, there is a lot of noise under the windows.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There were no reception staff. Fortunately a cleaner was present and was able to check me in around 2pm.

Good location and right next to metro station. Food and other shopping all nearby

the breakfast is not as advertised. it' s a rip off .. just a coffee and a croissant from a nearby cafeteria. also we were charged euro 50 for keeping our luggages from check out till our flight which was in the evening.

They told us that checkin is available since 9pm however there was nobody in 8pm. I had to call staff and thankfully she explained to me how to make self checkin. That was not a good start however the next day they kindly offered a free breakfast. Bed was not comfortable however, all other stuff was nice. lady in the reception was so kind , and helpful.

Fantastic location. Everywhere nearby. We were in December, so the radiators were a big plus, which were only on the first day, but there was also air conditioning that could be heated at night. Towels not changed even once for a 3 night stay. The room was only cleaned once (after the second night). The big downside was the terrible stench upon entering the hotel. The smell was no longer felt in the room.
