The location tends to promote unsavory run in interactions with homeless individuals and street beggars almost immediately after departing the property.

What a GORGEOUS hotel. I have been to New Orleans before, but didn't stay here. Going forward, I will always stay here. It is located just a couple of blocks from Bouron Street, but yet it is so quiet. Love that! The staff were also exceptional. I had a problem with my bill after I returned home, and Hilary Canales (Guest Service Agent) did her due diligence to help resolve the problem. She was extremely nice, and showed concern and everything ended up great! Can't wait to come back again.

The Roosevelt Hotel is pure New Orleans elegance at its finest. From the moment you step through the doors, you’re immersed in timeless luxury, Southern charm, and impeccable service. The historic architecture and beautifully restored interiors create an atmosphere that feels both grand and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed-perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. Every detail feels intentional, from the plush bedding to the refined décor. The staff truly sets this hotel apart: warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay exceptional. Every interaction felt personal and gracious. The location is unbeatable-steps from the French Quarter, Canal Street, and some of the best dining and shopping in New Orleans. And of course, the Sazerac Bar and Teddy’s Café are iconic for a reason-an absolute must during your stay. Don't miss the beignets at Teddy's-they are world-renowned for a reason. The last night we ate at Domenica and the food was amazing, and the warm ambience made it the perfect way to end our stay. Whether you’re visiting for business, a special occasion, or a weekend getaway, The Roosevelt delivers a flawless experience that captures the soul of New Orleans while offering world-class comfort and service. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend!

This hotel is hanging on by a thread. The cost are not transparent and they are very deceptive. The well stocked refrigerator has sensors in it so if you pick up an item to look at it you will be charged. There are also snacks connected to sensors, again if you pick them up to read the contents or just to look at you will be charged. The valet and conceige are the best part of this hotel. I will never return to a place that practices so much deceptive pricing. This hotel needs a total lobby redo as it feels very nursing home.
