"Little gem"

Friendly attentive host family room was perfectly arranged to provide some privacy able to store bikes safely in porch . Insightful range of gluten free options with attention given to separate preparation spaces and happy to provide storage of dedicated foods in cool bag

"Lovely guest house in a grest spot with lovely hosts."

In an ideal spot for shops, buses and exploring. Staff are really nice and helpful nothing too much trouble. Very clean and tidy. A lovely house.

Bathroom too small and would have preferred a bath.

Location was good. On site parking saved us a fortune. Room was nice and clean and cool. Owners were very nice and welcoming. Overall a lovely stay and will definitely be staying here again.

"Nice little B&B in a perfect location 👌🏻"

Location was excellent, a 15 minute walk down to the lake and a 10 minute walk up to the village of Windermere. Good parking round the back. Decent sized dining room for breakfast. The owners were very nice.

We were in a small double which was adequate but the shower room was very small and although clean, could have done with some updating.
