"Good value B & B"

Very well placed for what we were doing. Staff were very helpful with our suitcases. Staff were very nice.

We only had one chair to sit in our room. The choices for breakfast were the same every day, and did not include anything cooked. This B&B is under new management very friendly but not what we expected from previous reviews.

"Ideal place"

“Lovely, welcoming and very clean. We stayed in the family room. Breakfast was included, and there was free private parking. The location is great too, within walking distance of both Bowness and Windermere. Definitely a place worth recommending.
