"Absolutely amazing xx loved every bit of it X thank you for everything"

The owners have been an absolute delight, they were very understanding and made us feel like home x due to train timings we got late and didn't reach the house until 10pm, the owners were extremely kind and stayed up late and opened the door with love and warmth. Our stay felt like a home away from home x the location itself is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful lake we loved that. The breakfast was a wide variety of jams, breads and cereals- very nice. The interior in itself were very beautiful and warm x

Only suggestion was breakfast items could do with some warm food like eggs for breakfast.

Great location hotel was lovely made you feel very welcome breakfast was great. beds comfy shower was good rooms was warm even had hair dryer iron ironing board water and juice in the room will definetly stay here again.

The hosts of the property are wonderful. They offer a great continental breakfast. The location is excellent and within walking distance to Lake Windermere and the pier. There is on site parking making it very convenient.

We could not fault a thing.
